The Curriculum
The curriculum is designed to enable children to understand the word of God in a simple yet effective way.
It is made up of units/modules which are broken down into topics that cover 52 weeks (1 year).
Children spend 2 years in each Sunday school class and therefore we have developed edition 1 of the curriculum to cover the first year and edition 2 to cover the second year for each class.
The weekly topics will enable children to search the scriptures and also engage in activities that relate to the topic of the week. The activities are age appropriate and relevant to what children cover each week.
When a child starts Sunday school at the age of 3 years until they finish at the age of 16, they will have completed the whole curriculum just as they would with the national curriculum in a school setting.
At the end of each class (2 years), children will receive a certificate of completion and then graduate to the next class.
